The world of coffee is ever-changing, and now at a faster pace than ever. This is part of what keeps our job exciting, but with it comes a great deal of responsibility: towards our planet, our farmers and our coffee drinkers. It is no longer just about serving the perfect cup of coffee. It is also about making decent coffee available to everyone, showing transparency in how we source and rewarding those who deserve it the most: the coffee farmers. We have maintained our fair and direct trade philosophy which we embarked on in 2015, and we’ve brought our audience more than 20 unique, handpicked coffees since, from the best growing regions in the world. We roast everything in our home city of Beirut in one of our two micro-roasteries: Kalei Rue 54 and Kalei Ras Beirut.
