Our first coffee from the ancient Cusco area of Peru is nothing short of perfect. This local "Inca Geisha" variety comes from 2,205m above sea level from the Inkawasi district, after being de-pulped and fermented in open tanks for 9 hours before being dried for 8 days in pellets.
Notes of flowers, white wine, and a very silky structure will make it to your cup.
