Roasting Intermediate – SCA

Learn about the roasting process, including roast cycle, roast levels, identifying defects, the physical changes that beans undergo during the roasting process, as well as workspace management and lean production.

All SCA courses include a certificate. If you do not wish to obtain the certificate at the end of the course, please write NO CERTIFICATE in the notes field at checkout we will deduct $30 from the total cost of the course.
