Peru Flor y Feli Washed

Folr y Feli are the mother and daughter producing this beautiful high altitude washed coffee from the Cutervo province.

This is a washed red & yellow caturra from 2,000m above sea level. It was fermented for 60 hours in open tanks before being washed and dried in solar tents for 15 days.

The resulting cup is full of cherry jam, dark chocolate flavors and a creamy texture.
