Shipping
Where do you ship to and how much is shipping?
We ship both locally and internationally via DHL and Aramex. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination. Please note that shipping taxes and customs duties may vary depending on your location, and the customer is responsible for covering these charges.
How do I track my shipment?
o track your order, log in to your account on our website. You'll find the latest updates on your order status in your account dashboard. A tracking link for international shipments will also be sent to you via email.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
Local orders (within Lebanon): 1–3 business days
International (DHL Express): 3–7 business days on average

Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card via Amazon Payment Services (Payfort). You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more. If you're located in Lebanon, cash on delivery is also available.
Is it safe to enter my information and pay online through Kalei’s website?
Yes. We use secure payment gateways and only use your information to process your order. We never store credit card details and do not share your personal information with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at contact@kaleicoffee.com within that time frame so we can assist you.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@kaleicoffee.com. We’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible.
