The farm has been owned by Emilio Lopez since 2007. With a total area of 245 hectares, 87 hectares are now a natural reserve that shelters endangered endemic species and serves as a water source for neighboring communities. Emilio is committed to building state-of-the-art facilities, providing optimal working conditions for his team, and certifying his farms with Rainforest Alliance to ensure compliance with high social, environmental, and quality standards. The team is responsible for the cultivation, harvesting, post-processing, storage, and export of the coffee, providing roasters with full traceability & transparency from seed to cup!
